CRM App for Recreational Vehicle Salesmen
DIGITAL PRODUCT — Strawn: Introduction to Digital Product – 2021
Through a process of client interviews, persona creation, experience mapping, wireframing, and prototyping, Roamer was born. Roamer is a customer relationship management tool tailored for recreational vehicle salesmen. The platform allows for documentation of valuable customer information and preferences to aid the salesmen in creating a positive experience for their clients.
PROCESS
I began the process of developing the platform by interviewing four recreational vehicle salesmen, then transcribing and coding the data to synthesize an effective persona to use for experience mapping.
USER FLOW
This project’s deliverables included the complete design of one user flow. From conducting interviews, I learned that the salesmen lacked an efficient way of recording and organizing customer details, so constructed a user flow around that issue. Before fleshing out the design, I structured the architecture of my user flow.
FINAL DESIGN
As my first mobile app project, I was determined to design a platform without the use of a premade UI kit, in order to develop my visual design skills. I designed a style guide that I felt represented the values and goals of the app– simplicity, professionalism, and readability.
