Lead Wedding Band Finisher
July 2016 - July 2020
Led a team in the finishing process of raw machined wedding bands. In addition to sanding, polishing, and applying finishes to rings, I communicated with clients and customer service to assure the plausibility and success of their customized designs. Other responsibilities included quality monitoring, working with jewelers and management to develop and refine new processes, and delegating tasks to optimize workflow within the team.
